Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using mrcdigitalstudio.com (the "Website") or engaging the services of Mr.C's Digital Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Services

Mr.C's Digital Studio provides custom web design, web development, and ongoing maintenance services. All specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be clearly defined in a separate proposal or statement of work provided to the client after a discovery call.

2. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mr.C's Digital Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For client projects, upon full payment of all final invoices, the client assumes ownership of the final delivered website and its specific visual assets, excluding any pre-existing proprietary code, third-party licenses, or base frameworks utilized by Mr.C's Digital Studio.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery of projects, clients agree to provide necessary materials (such as text copy, branding assets, and images) and feedback within agreed-upon timeframes. Delays in providing materials may result in corresponding delays to the project launch date.

4. Payment Terms

Project fees are typically split into a deposit (required to commence work) and a final payment (required prior to site launch), unless otherwise specified in your project proposal. All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Ongoing maintenance or hourly updates will be billed as outlined in your specific agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mr.C's Digital Studio, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
